Processing & Delivery Time
Due to high demand for pre-orders and new orders, current processing and delivery time is 10-14 business days from the date your order is placed. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your emergency preparedness kit to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are located, we'll deliver your BlackoutGuard Emergency Survival Kit to your door.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package's journey and estimated delivery date.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
